Leadership you can feel confident in

Behind every volunteer advocate is a team focused on safety, supervision, and doing what’s right for each child.

Meet our staff

Hands-on support for volunteers and the children they serve

Our staff includes roles like Executive Director (Nancy McCullar), program leadership, and volunteer supervision—supporting advocates from screening and training through court reports and hearings. CASA volunteers are never left to navigate complex cases alone; staff provide guidance, review, and ongoing support to keep advocacy child-centered and court-ready.

Christa Yeager

Advocate Manager | Email Christa: Christa@CASABerks.org

Christa started with CASA of Berks County as a CASA volunteer in March 2016 and became a Volunteer Manager in August 2017. Born and raised in West Chester, PA, Christa moved to Berks County following graduation where she lives with her husband of 24 years. Christa is a mom of seven children and a grandmother of two grandchildren.

As a volunteer, Christa became passionate for the program and for what it stands for, believing that every child facing abuse and neglect should have a CASA to help ensure their right to a safe and permanent home. She writes, "As a CASA you can impact a small part of a child's success and their future, something every child deserves."
